Site plans for the financier's secluded tropical island included in the images.
Also contained in this latest document release is shown to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier acquired a more modest island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had drawn up development schemes to build upon the 161-acre island by erecting living quarters, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a reservoir.
You can see the blueprint is a channel, a strait in the region, indicated on the bottom right.
This development map is marked up in red pen markings and contains a notes section identifying distinct areas of the estate.
Alongside this are what look to be an additional nine site drawings and architectural plans, such as designs for marina coverings.
Further images released as part of the ongoing congressional process.
